Contested Election Election

A successful contest of the election of Assemblyman Walter Van Dyke (AD-22).

It was determined that the election results that gave the election to Van Dyke had included votes cast in Alhouse Creek and Walling's Ranch, which were actually over the poorly-identified border in the Oregon Territory (and not in Klamath County).
