Contested Election Election

Two days after the successful contest by Jesse S. Pitzer (AD-22) of Assemblyman W. C. Martin's seat (AD-22), the Assembly overturned the contest and disqualification of Martin and restored him to his Assembly seat, unseating Pitzer.
