1927-1931: State Superintendent of Banks

  • PLACENAME: There is a Will C. Wood High School in Vacaville (Home of the Wildcats) and a Will C. Wood Middle School (Home of the Spartans) in Sacramento.
  • No apparent related to Assemblyman William C. Wood, who represented Nevada and Yolo counties at various points in California's early years.
