Children: Mrs. Jack Elder and Estelle Gibson Casey
Military Service: ARMY (WWI)
Died: August 28, 1981 in California

  • Casey didn't qualify for a legislative pension because he retired from the Assembly after serving four years (at the tmie, it required six years of service). In 1973, Assemblyman Raymond T. Seeley authored a bill allowing Casey and Arthur H. Connolly Jr. to buy their way into the retirement system. Seeley lost his next election.
