  • COVID: 2014 Assembly Candidate Rob McCoy (Senior Pastor at Calvary Chapel of Thousand Oaks) resigned from the Thousand Oaks City Council on April 5th after being criticized for his church’s plan to serve communion on Palm Sunday amid the Coronavirus outbreak. Elected to the Thousand Oaks City Council (2015-2020), McCoy also served as Mayor of the City of Thousand Oaks (2018-2019).
