- According to his campaign biography, Curtis wrote a computer program in 2000 for Tom Feeny, Speaker of the Florida State House of Representatives, which "would allow for elections to be invisibly rigged through electronic voting machines. Clint delivered the program to the owner along with the ways to make sure that electronic voting could not tamper with the vote. He was appalled to find out that the prototype was not to be used to prevent election fraud but actually used to flip elections."
