Born: April 6, 1804 in Belgrade, Maine
Married: Charlotte Freeman (m. 1842)
Died: May 5, 1888 in Stockton, CA

1859-1862: Judge, 4th Judicial District
1861: Resigned from the State Senate on July 30.

  • Mental Health: After suffering from "an irresistable desire to take his own life or those around him," Burbank was taken to the Insane Asylum at Stockton, where he remained from February 14, 1873 until his death on May 5, 1888.
